RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Bell Mobile Homes, a retailer owned by one of the Company’s significant owners, purchases manufactured homes from the Company. Accounts receivable balances due from Bell Mobile Homes were $208 and $549 as of June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, respectively. Accounts payable balances due to Bell Mobile Homes for maintenance and related services were $0  and $74 as of June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, respectively. Home sales to Bell Mobile Homes were $533  and $1,432 for the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively and $1,416 and $2,290 for the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
