INCOME TAXES	12. INCOME TAXES The provision for income tax expense for the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 was $7,375 and $4,707, respectively. The effective tax rate for the six months ended June 30, 2022 was 18.1% and differs from the federal statutory rate of 21% primarily due to a federal tax credit for energy efficient construction and partially offset by state income taxes. The effective tax rate for the six months ended June 30, 2021 was 16.8% and differs from the federal statutory rate of 21% primarily due to a federal tax credit for energy efficient construction and partially offset by state income taxes. ​
