Asslar, August 7, 2017. Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG hereby announces that the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Michael Oltmanns, will be resigning with effect from October 25, 2017. Dr. Oltmanns has been a member of this board since 1996, and has been Chairman since 2001.

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board regret his resignation and thank Dr. Oltmanns for his great dedication.
