Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act of
change in holdings in Asiakastieto Group's shares
Asiakastieto Group Plc ("Asiakastieto") has on 1 October 2018 received an
announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according
to which the holding of Nordea Bank Abp has exceeded the threshold of 5 percent
announced on 1 October 2018.
According to the notification, the holding of Nordea Abp in Asiakastieto is
2,336,784 shares corresponding to approximately 9.76 percent of Asiakastieto's
entire share stock. Shares of ownership and voting shares have been transferred
from Nordea Bank AB (publ) upon its merger with Nordea Bank Abp.
Asiakastieto Group has in total 23,953,964 shares. All shares carry equal voting
rights.
