Related Party Transactions Related Party TransactionsAs of June 30, 2022, there were two non-employee members of the Company's board of directors that are also original shareholders of the Company and receive an annual retainer as compensation for services rendered. For the fiscal years ended June 30, 2022, 2021 and 2020, $385, $315 and $310, respectively, was paid to these directors in both cash and equity for their services. Of the amount paid, $74 and $51 was a prepayment for services through the 2022 and 2021 annual meetings for both of the years ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
