Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions As of June 30, 2024, there were two non-employee members of the Company's board of directors that are also original shareholders of the Company and receive an annual retainer as compensation for services rendered. For the fiscal years ended June 30, 2024, 2023 and 2022, $484, $409 and $385, respectively, was paid to these directors in both cash and equity for their services. Of the amount paid, zero and $74 was a prepayment for services through the 2024 and 2023 annual meetings for both of the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
