BUSINESS	NOTE 1: BUSINESS The financial information in this quarterly report includes the results of CEVA, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Company” or “CEVA”). CEVA licenses a family of signal processing platforms and artificial intelligence (AI) processors. These intellectual properties (“IP”) include programmable DSP cores and application-specific platforms for advanced imaging, computer vision, deep learning, sound, voice and audio processing, as well as long range wireless technologies for LTE/5G baseband processing in IoT, handsets and infrastructure, short range wireless platforms for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a new family of self-contained AI processors. CEVA’s technologies are licensed to leading semiconductor and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) companies. These companies design, manufacture, market and sell application-specific integrated circuits (“ASICs”) and application-specific standard products (“ASSPs”) based on CEVA’s technology to wireless, consumer electronics and automotive companies for incorporation into a wide variety of end products.
