Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 14: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In May 2023, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire the VisiSonics 3D spatial audio business (“VisiSonics”). Under the terms of the agreement, the Company agreed to pay an aggregate of $3,600 at closing, and each of VisiSonics’ two founders will be entitled to an additional payment of $100 payable in equal monthly installments over the 12 month period following the closing in connection with their provision of consulting services. The final purchase price allocation for the acquisition has not been determined as of the filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
