Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 10, 2020, the Company issued 34,500,000 shares of its common stock through an underwritten public offering at a public offering price of $6.09 per share, resulting in total net proceeds to the Company of approximately $206.7 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. On February 13, 2020, the Company issued 50,600,000 shares of its common stock through an underwritten public offering at a public offering price of $6.13 per share, resulting in total net proceeds to the Company of approximately $305.3 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
