The Agreement is effective beginning on October 1, 2015.  Under the Agreement, compensation for Mr. Fievez will consist of a base salary of&#160;approximately &#8364;368,000 per year plus a target annual incentive bonus, under the Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. Annual Incentive Plan, of 60 percent of base salary as well as a long-term incentive bonus, under the Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan, of 60 percent of base salary for "at target" performance which is payable in restricted stock of the Company.&#160; Mr. Fievez will also receive health and welfare benefits on the same terms made available to all salaried employees as well as allowances for housing and general goods and services.
