Etteplan's Annual Report 2024 has been published
Etteplan's Annual Report 2024 has been published today in Finnish and English.
This year's report, titled ‘Forward Focus', consists of five parts: the Annual
Review, the Board of Directors' Review (including the Sustainability
Statements), the Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement, and
the Remuneration Report. We publish our financial statements in compliance with
the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements.
Our Sustainability Statements 2024 have been prepared based on the European
Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The Sustainability Statements outline
our environmental, social, and governance impacts, targets, and measures for
sustainable growth and responsible business operations.
The Annual Report is available in PDF format as an attachment to this stock
exchange release and on our website at
https://www.etteplan.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/. The Annual Report
will also be published in print later.
Etteplan's Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 in
Espoo.
