Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On March 1, 2023, Dan Jedda, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, gave notice of his resignation, effective April 3, 2023. On March 3, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed David Aufderhaar, SVP, Finance, as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective April 3, 2023. Mr. Aufderhaar joined the Company in May of 2019. Previously, Mr. Aufderhaar was the VP, Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis at Twitter. There are no related person transactions between the Company and Mr. Aufderhaar.
