Note 12 – Geographic, Customer and Supplier Information

We classify our sales by our customers’ locations in four geographic regions: 1) EMEA, which includes Europe, the Middle East and Africa; 2) the United States, which for our purposes includes sales in Canada; 3) Asia Pacific Rim; and 4) Other Countries, including Australia, Latin America and India. Information regarding geographic areas for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011 is as follows:

For the years 2013, 2012, and 2011, our top 10 customers contributed 40%, 37%, and 47%, respectively, of total worldwide revenue. In 2013, 2012 and 2011, one customer accounted for approximately 18%, 10%, and 17%, respectively, of total revenue.

The majority of our products are manufactured by four independent vendors, one headquartered in Europe and the other three in Hong Kong. Our hardware DIGIPASSES are assembled at facilities in mainland China.
