Note 11 – Geographic, Customer and Supplier Information

In prior years, we classified our sales by our customers’ locations in four geographic regions: 1) EMEA, which included Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; 2) the United States, which includes sales in North, Central, and South America; and 3) Asia Pacific Rim; and 4) Other Countries, including Australia, Latin America and India. In 2017, we reorganized this structure into three groups by eliminating the other countries category. United States has been renamed the Americas and now includes Latin America and Canada. Australia and India are now included with Asia Pacific. Data for 2016 has been adjusted to agree to the new structure. For the years 2018, 2017, and 2016, our top 10 customers contributed 24%,  27% and 36%, respectively, of total worldwide revenue. The majority of our products are manufactured by four independent vendors, headquartered in Hong Kong and Macau. Our hardware DIGIPASSES are assembled at facilities in mainland China.
