("MHD" or the "Registrant") in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, and (ii) $10.79, $11.42, $10.42, and $10.35 the net asset value of the common shares of BLE, BYM, BFK and MUE, respectively, on August 25, 2025 (within fifteen days prior to the date of filing of this Registration Statement), rounded up to the nearest whole dollar (if applicable).
