Finnair Plc has today, based on the decision made by the Board of Directors of
the company, transferred without consideration 59,406 own shares held by the
company as a reward for the 2023-2025 Performance Share Plan announced on 23
January 2023. The shares were transferred to the personnel participating in the
plan period 2023-2025. The transfer of the shares is based on the authorisation
given by the Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2025.
After the transfer of the shares, Finnair holds 21,431 own shares as treasury
shares.
