DIVIDENDS PER SHARE In February, May and July 2013, the Company's board of directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.30 per share for all shares of Class A common stock. These quarterly cash dividends totaling $17.5 million, $17.6 million and $17.8 million were paid on March 13, 2013, June 12, 2013 and September 11, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2013, May 24, 2013 and August 23, 2013.
