REPURCHASES OF COMMON STOCK	5. REPURCHASES OF COMMON STOCK During the three-month periods ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, the Company repurchased 0.1 million and 0.9 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market stock repurchase plans for $4.3 million and $49.6 million, respectively. During the six-month periods ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, the Company repurchased 0.7 million and 1.4 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market repurchase plans for $24.3 million and $75.9 million, respectively.  As of June 30, 2016, $422.7 million was available for repurchases under the Company's open market stock repurchase plan.
