SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During the second quarter of 2018, Argentina was determined to be a highly inflationary economy.  Accordingly, the Company will apply highly inflationary accounting beginning July 1, 2018.  From that date, the U.S. dollar will be used as the functional currency of the Argentina subsidiary. For the six months ended June 30, 2018, the Argentina subsidiary represented less than 2% of the Company's consolidated net revenues and less than 1% of total assets.
