Subsequent Event	Note 16 – Subsequent Event On January 7, 2016, the Company entered into an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement with Julien Mininberg, the Company’s CEO. The new agreement, among other things, extends the term of Mr. Mininberg’s employment from March 1, 2016 through February 28, 2019.
