Related Party Transactions	Note 10. Related Party Transactions On February 9, 2022, the Company entered into an agreement with We Don’t Have Time Inc. (WDHT), an organization with a social media network platform dealing with the climate crisis, pursuant to which WDHT provided a variety of climate-change related consulting services to the Company and the Company paid a monthly membership fee of $1,200 to WDHT. Dr. Chakraborty, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, was also the CEO of WDHT’s US division. For the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company incurred $0 and $14,400, respectively, in dues paid to WDHT. This agreement was terminated on January 1, 2024.
