Subsequent Event	Note 15: Subsequent Event As discussed in Note 13 — Segment Information, the urea plant at the Pryor Facility was shut down in late February 2012 for extensive repairs and the replacement of the urea reactor’s stainless steel liner. In July, this project was completed and the facility began limited UAN production.
