November 2000 – Die e.multi-Gruppe erzielte in den ersten neun Monaten 2000 ein Rekordergebnis. Die Umsatzerlöse konnten im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 84 Prozent auf 6,033 Millionen DM gesteigert werden. Damit wurde bereits nach neun Monaten der Gesamtumsatz des Vorjahres um eine Million DM überschritten. Das EBITDA war mit 219 TDM wesentlich früher als prognostiziert im positiven Bereich. Dies bedeutet eine Steigerung um 937 TDM im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum. Das Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) konnte um 62 Prozent auf -368 TDM verbessert werden und lag somit um 669 TDM über Plan (-1.037 TDM). Der Konzernjahres- überschuss stieg um 300 TDM auf -171 TDM an. Der Cash Flow erhöhte sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr ebenfalls um deutlich 15.554 TDM auf 17.279 TDM. Die Mitarbeiterzahl verdoppelte sich innerhalb der ersten neun Monate 2000 von 13 auf 26. Die Aufwendungen für Aushilfen im Service-Center- Bereich konnten durch die weitere Verlagerung der Gewinnspiele in das Internet um 48 Prozent auf 52 TDM gesenkt werden. Die e.multi.ag steigert die Atraktivität der Internetportale ihrer Kunden durch die Integration von Entertainment- und Informationselementen. Im Wesentlichen plant, entwickelt und betreut sie die Durchführung von Online-Gewinnspielen aus den Sparten Sport, Börse, Politik und Unterhaltung. Die Produkte und Dienstleistungen der e.muiti.ag werden seit elf Jahren von führenden Unternehmen in Deutschland genutzt. Im laufenden Jahr wurden bereits mehr als 30 Spiele durchgeführt. Sales increased by 84% to DM 6.033 million compared with the previous year. After just nine months, sales exceeded total sales for the previous year by just on one million DM. At DM 219 thousand, EBITDA entered the black considerably earlier than projected, corresponding to an increase of DM 937 thousand compared with the prior-year period. The operating result (EBIT) improved by 62% to DM -368 thousand, and was therefore DM 669 thousand higher than forecast (DM -1,037 thousand). Consolidated net income rose by DM 300 thousand to DM -171 thousand. The cash flow also significantly increased compared with the previous year by DM 15,554 thousand to DM 17,279 thousand. The number of employees doubled within the first nine months of 2000 from 13 to 26. Expenses for casual workers in the service center area were reduced by 48% to DM 52 thousand by further moving our sweepstakes onto the Internet. e.multi.ag increases the attraction of its customers’ Internet potals by integrating entertainment and information elements.
