Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events Subsequent to the quarter end, after an extensive evaluation, we made a decision to consolidate the Seattle, Washington facility into the Portland, Oregon facility and the Sacramento, California facility into the Fremont, California facility. We will continue to serve the Seattle and Sacramento markets from our Portland and Fremont facilities. We expect to service our customers from these consolidated neighboring full service facilities. We are actively marketing the Seattle and Sacramento properties and have no reason to believe that book value exceeds fair value. We are not aware of any other significant events that occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date but prior to the filing of this report that would have a material impact on our Consolidated Financial Statements.
