Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies Environmental and Legal Matters From time to time, we are involved in various proceedings incidental to our businesses, and we are subject to a variety of environmental and pollution control laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which we operate. Although the ultimate outcome of these proceedings cannot be determined with certainty, based on presently available information management believes that adequate reserves have been established for probable losses with respect thereto. Management further believes that the ultimate outcome of these matters could be material to operating results in any given quarter but will not have a materially adverse effect on our long-term financial condition, our results of operations, or our cash flows. Collective Bargaining Agreements As of December 31, 2016, we employed approximately 1,600 persons on a full-time basis. Approximately 35% of our employees were represented by various local labor union CBAs, of which approximately 10% of CBAs are up for renewal in fiscal 2017 or are currently expired and under negotiations.
