Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies Environmental and Legal Matters From time to time, we are involved in various proceedings incidental to our businesses, and we are subject to a variety of environmental and pollution control laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which we operate. Although the ultimate outcome of these proceedings cannot be determined with certainty, based on presently available information management believes that adequate reserves have been established for probable losses with respect thereto. Management further believes that the ultimate outcome of these matters could be material to operating results in any given quarter but will not have a materially adverse effect on our long-term financial condition, our results of operations, or our cash flows. Collective Bargaining Agreements As of June 30, 2018, we employed over 2,500 persons on a full-time basis, of which approximately 1,100 were former employees of Cedar Creek. Additionally, at June 30, 2018, approximately 20 percent of our employees were represented by various local labor union Collective Bargaining Agreements (“CBAs”). As of June 30, 2018, approximately 6 percent of our employees are covered by CBAs that are up for renewal in fiscal 2018 or are currently expired and under negotiation.
