Assets Held for Sale	Assets Held for Sale Three of our non-operating properties were designated as held for sale as of March 28, 2020. These properties consisted of three former distribution facilities located in the Midwest and Southeast. We vacated these properties and designated them as held for sale during fiscal 2019 due to their proximity to other locations after the Cedar Creek acquisition. As of March 28, 2020, and December 28, 2019, the net book value of total assets held for sale was $1.1 million and was included in “Other current assets” in our Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets. We continue to actively market all properties that are designated as held for sale, and we plan to sell these properties within the next 12 months.

The entire disclosure for long-lived, physical assets used in the normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, accounting policies and methodology, roll forwards, depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, including composite depreciation, accumulated depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, useful lives and method used, income statement disclosures, assets held for sale and public utility disclosures.
