During the three months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, the Company issued 72,281 and 58,357 shares, respectively, of common stock related to stock purchase plan issuances, stock option exercises, and the vesting of restricted stock awards and units. During the nine months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, the Company issued 317,536 and 244,801 shares, respectively, of common stock related to stock purchase plan issuances, stock option exercises, and the vesting of restricted stock awards and units.
