RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, the Company paid $34,441 and $9,400 in consulting fees to certain directors of the Company. During the six months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, the Company paid $63,548 and $49,560 in consulting fees to certain directors of the Company. At September 30, 2016 and March 31, 2016, the Company owed $11,957 and $3,450 to a director for consulting services. During the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, an expense of $0 and a benefit of $241,731 was included in research & development expense as the fair value of stock-based compensation attributed to the options granted to two directors and a consultant for consulting services rendered with respect to the design and development of the PoNS™ device. During the six months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, an expense of $106,932 and a benefit $257,481 was included in research & development expense as the fair value of stock-based compensation attributed to the options granted to two directors and a consultant for consulting services rendered with respect to the design and development of the PoNS™ device.
