Royalty Expense	14.  ROYALTY EXPENSE The Company has a trademark license agreement with Goodyear to manufacture and sell certain off-highway tires in North America and Latin America under the Goodyear name.  The North American and Latin American royalties were prepaid for seven years as a part of the Goodyear Latin American farm tire acquisition.  Royalty expenses recorded were $2.3 million and $2.3 million for the quarters ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively.  Royalty expenses were $7.5 million and $6.8 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
