ROYALTY EXPENSE	ROYALTY EXPENSE The Company has a trademark license agreement with Goodyear to manufacture and sell certain off-highway tires in North America and Latin America under the Goodyear name.  The North American and Latin American royalties were prepaid for seven years as a part of the Goodyear Latin American farm tire acquisition. Royalty expenses recorded for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010 and 2009, were $9.8 million, $9.3 million and $7.6 million, respectively.
