LEASE COMMITMENTS

The Company leases certain buildings and equipment under operating leases. Certain lease agreements provide for renewal options, fair value purchase options, and payment of property taxes, maintenance and insurance by the Company.

At March 31, 2012, future minimum rental commitments under noncancellable operating leases with initial or remaining terms of at least one year were as follows (amounts in thousands):
