ROYALTY EXPENSE	ROYALTY EXPENSE The Company has a trademark license agreement with Goodyear to manufacture and sell certain off-highway tires in North America and Latin America under the Goodyear name.  The North American and Latin American royalties were prepaid for seven years as a part of the 2011 Goodyear Latin American farm tire acquisition. Royalty expenses recorded were $2.3 million and $2.9 million for the first quarter of 2012 and 2011, respectively.
