ROYALTY EXPENSE	ROYALTY EXPENSE The Company has a trademark license agreement with Goodyear to manufacture and sell certain tires in North America and Latin America under the Goodyear name.  The North American and Latin American farm tire royalties were prepaid for seven years as a part of the 2011 Goodyear Latin American farm tire acquisition. Royalty expenses recorded were $2.7 million and $2.4 million for the quarters ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Royalty expenses were $5.0 million and $5.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
