STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY	STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY The Company is authorized by the Board of Directors to repurchase up to 2.5 million common shares subject to debt agreement covenants. The Company repurchased no Titan common shares in 2012, 2011, or 2010. The Company has no plans at this time to repurchase any Titan common stock. Titan paid cash dividends of $.02 per share of common stock for 2012, 2011, and 2010. Dividends declared totaled $0.9 million, $0.8 million and $0.7 million for 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
