ROYALTY EXPENSE	ROYALTY EXPENSE The Company has a trademark license agreement with Goodyear to manufacture and sell certain tires in North America and Latin America under the Goodyear name. The North American and Latin American farm tire royalties were prepaid for seven years as part of the 2011 Goodyear Latin American farm tire acquisition. In May 2012, the Company and Goodyear entered into an agreement under which Titan will sell certain non-farm tire products directly to third party customers and pay a royalty to Goodyear. Royalty expenses recorded were $3.7 million for each of the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013.
