Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October of 2014, Titan Italia Spa, a subsidiary of Titan, announced plans to close a facility in Crespellano, Italy. The production at this facility will be consolidated into another Titan Italia Spa location in Finale Emilia, Italy. The consolidation of production is expected to begin in 2015 and be completed within three and a half years.
