ROYALTY EXPENSE	ROYALTY EXPENSE The Company has trademark license agreements with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company to manufacture and sell certain farm tires under the Goodyear name. These agreements cover sales in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries. Each of these agreements is scheduled to expire in 2025. Royalty expenses were $2.5 million and $2.6 million for the quarters ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively, and $7.5 million and $7.9 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively.
