Shareholders' Equity	10.  SHAREHOLDERS’ EQUITY: In August 2017, our Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase plan allowing our company to repurchase up to 2.0 million shares of our common stock through September 30, 2019.  Under the plan, we may buy back common stock from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated blocks, dependent upon various factors, including price and availability of the shares, and general market conditions.  Through September 30, 2017 we had purchased an aggregate of 4,426,487 shares of common stock under the current and historical share repurchase plans for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $74.6 million.  As of September 30, 2017, approximately 387,129 shares remained available for future purchases under the share repurchase program.
