Subsequent Events	Note 9 — Subsequent Events The Company follows the guidance in Section 855-10-50 of the FASB Accounting Standards Codification for the disclosure of subsequent events. The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date when the financial statements were issued. On March 7, 2017, the Company authorized the withdrawal of $71,703 from the Trust account in order to pay tax obligations.
