Subsequent Events Text Block	Note 8 – Subsequent Events In July 2011, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.09 per common share or common share equivalent to be paid to shareholders of record as of September 6, 2011. The dividend will be paid on September 16, 2011. Further, the Company's Board of Directors declared its intention to pay a regular quarterly cash dividend during the remainder of fiscal 2012 of $.09 per common share or common share equivalent to be paid beginning with the third quarter of fiscal 2012.
