As of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the Company had a balance of $0.3 million and $0.3 million, respectively, payable to related parties for expenses such related parties incurred on the Company's behalf, which was recorded within accrued liabilities on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. The related expense incurred by the Company was $0.6 million and $1.7 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, respectively, and $0.2 million and $0.7 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, respectively.
