Organization	1. Organization         Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Corvus" or the "Company") was incorporated in Delaware on January 27, 2014 and commenced operations in November 2014. Corvus is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel immuno-oncology therapies that are designed to harness the immune system to attack cancer cells. The Company's primary activities have been establishing its facilities, recruiting personnel, conducting research and development of its product candidates, including conducting a clinical trial, and raising capital. The Company's operations are located in Burlingame, California. The Company has four insignificant subsidiaries.
