Related Party Transactions	During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, the Chairman of the audit committee and compensation committee received $9,000 and $27,000, respectively, each year, for services performed. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, the Company paid $9,443 and $28,865 in 2015, and $3,547 and $6,843 in 2014, respectively, to John Lawrence, our President and Chief Executive Officer, as reimbursement for equipment used by the Company.
