Musti Group’s Annual Report for the financial year 2021 has been published
Musti Group has today published its Annual Report for October 2020 – September
2021 in Finnish and in English. The report comprises Musti Group's Financial
Statements, the Board of Directors’ Report, Corporate Governance Statement and
Remuneration Report for the financial year 2021.
The Financial Statements section comprises the Consolidated Financial
Statements, the Parent Company's Financial Statements, and the Auditor's Report.
The Corporate Governance Statement contains a description of Musti Group's
management and the Remuneration Report information on remuneration.
For the first time, the Financial Statements are published in accordance with
the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format
is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the primary statements have
been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an
independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Musti Group’s ESEF
Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised). The Annual Report
and the assurance report are attached to this release as a PDF file and the
Financial Statements as an XHTML file.
Together with the Annual Report, Musti Group has today also published as a
separate report a Non-Financial Information Report for the financial year 2021.
