Changes in Musti Group's Management Team
Erik Ringen Skjærstad will step down as Head of Norway and new markets and as a
member of the Management Team of Musti Group plc to pursue career opportunities
outside the company.

Skjærstad will continue in his current role until the end of August 2025.
