Corporate and Other for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 includes $9.1 million and $37.0 million, respectively, of costs formerly included in the S&IP business, $14.0 million and $28.5 million, respectively, of general expenses and $3.9 million and $6.8 million, respectively, of restructuring costs (see Note 3, “Restructuring Activities”). Corporate and Other for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 includes $28.4 million and $57.3 million, respectively, of costs formerly included in the S&IP business, $16.4 million and $34.0 million, respectively, of general expenses, $1.7 million and $3.3 million, respectively, of acquisition-related expenses and zero and $0.5 million for post spin-related items.
