Common Stock	12. Common Stock In January 2021, the Company completed an underwritten public offering of 14,285,714 shares of common stock at a price of $7.00 per share. The aggregate net proceeds received by the Company from the offering were approximately $93.6 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses of $6.4 million. The Company also granted the underwriters the option for 30 days to purchase up to 2,142,857 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. In February 2021, the underwriters exercised the option in full which resulted in additional net proceeds of $14.1 million to the Company, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions of $0.9 million.
