DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Beyond, Inc. is an ecommerce focused affinity company that owns or has ownership interests in various retail brands, offering a comprehensive array of products and services that enable its customers the ability to unlock their homes' potential while supporting their families and all of life's milestones. We currently own Bed Bath & Beyond, Overstock, buybuy BABY, and other related brands and websites. As used herein, "Beyond," "the Company," "we," "our" and similar terms include Beyond, Inc. and its controlled subsidiaries, unless the context indicates otherwise.
