RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 9 – RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS Karatage is a privately held entity co‑founded by the Company’s Chairman of the Board and the Company’s Chief Investment Officer. Accordingly, Karatage is considered a Related Party under ASC 850, Related Party Disclosures. Under the arrangement with Karatage, to serve as a strategic advisor to support the Company’s business initiatives and long‑term strategic planning, the Company incurred advisory fees of $0.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, which is included as part of professional fees in the statements of operations. As of June 30, 2026, $41.4 thousand was outstanding and is included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities on the balance sheet.
